About Jan van Welie

Born in Santo Domingo, trained in business administration and fluent in English and Spanish, I have been involved in the real estate business for over ten years working the top high-end luxury resorts in the Dominican Republic and throughout the Caribbean as a sales executive and real estate broker. In the Dominican Republic I have worked in Casa de Campo and the Punta Cana Resort. I have also worked both here and in the United States promoting the Cap Cana lifestyle.

Much of my childhood was spent in Casa de Campo in my parent’s villa and for the last twenty years I have made La Romana my home. This has allowed me to develop an extensive knowledge of Casa de Campo and to acquire a unique insight into my clients’ needs. I enjoy my work immensely and try to provide an exceptional experience to each of my clients by listening carefully to their needs, developing a strategy and planning the most efficient means of attaining their goals. Known for my integrity, my aim is to always achieve my clients’ utmost trust and confidence. I‘m very proud of my clients and of my close associates and I’m honored by the opportunity to assist them, as they ultimately add to my success, for which I am grateful!
